Business Freight forwarders in Thailand

I need some help please. I have been tasked by my company, General Electric Contractors, to find a freight forwarding company that can handle business forwarding to Thailand. We are based in Japan, in the Shout in Nagasaki to be specific, if that helps with getting us an accurate quote. We are expecting to need to utilize this type of forwarding service on a semi regular basis, such as bi monthly or so. I assume that there will be a certain amount of paperwork that you will need to have in place before you will do this for us so please advise what that would be and how to get started with that portion of this task. Time schedules are very important around here so please only respond to this post if you are a reliable company who can get things to their intended recipient in a timely manner and it pristine condition.
